This automatic card punching machine uses an automatic paper feeder equipped with KEYENCE sensors for reliable positioning. From card making, corner trimming, punching, creasing to finished product bundling, punching is completed in one go, and the paper is automatically collected in an orderly manner. This card punching system is suitable for making cards of various materials such as PVC, ABS, PET, PVC/ABS composite materials, with sizes ranging from 54*54mm to 210*210mm.

1. Vacuum suction cup paper feeder: The paper feeder is equipped with a vacuum suction cup and a stepper motor to realize automatic paper suction and feeding;

2. Automatic alignment device: After the motor-driven conveyor belt delivers the paper to the specified position, the KEYENCE sensor automatically aligns to ensure accurate positioning;

3. Servo punching device: It adopts a high-torque servo motor with stable working pressure, low noise and adjustable working speed;

4. Punch card collection unit: The specially designed card collection structure allows the punch cards to be automatically collected in order, and the cutting debris is automatically removed without secondary sorting;

5. Card packaging: After the card die-cutting is completed, the conveyor belt cooperates with the clamp to feed the finished product into the cellophane packaging machine or the strapping packaging machine to finally complete the packaging of the finished product.
